We are inundated with messages of “less” specifically when it comes to food. Eat less sugar, eat fewer refined grains, eat less processed food, and drink fewer sodas. It’s all good advice, but it also puts food in a negative space.
Many people tend to think of food as “bad” or “good” which distracts from what it is – necessary for life – physically and mentally. Food is one of life’s greatest pleasures – let’s enjoy it! So, instead of focusing on less, I’m challenging you to focus on more. By focusing on more, you’re shifting the narrative around food so that it is one that is positive.
What is 15 Weeks of More?
Each week you’ll receive a message of “more." We’ll try more herbs and spices, explore more ways to stay hydrated, add new and different fruits and vegetables to our plates, and enjoy more plant-based proteins including nuts and seeds. You can follow along on social media – Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (including Instagram TV!), I will be there on every platform sharing tips and tricks for enjoying more, not less, of what food has to offer.
